The positive implementation project

As a researcher and a consultant, I have the privilege of working with changemakers around the world and witness their efforts implementing quality, inclusive, and equitable programs.

The positive implementation project is dedicated to changemakers, their stories, their values, their strengths, and their successes and aims to inspire, inform, and empower YOU in turning your implementation vision into reality.

A special thanks to Dr. Mollee Sultani for her invaluable advice and insights during the conceptualization of the project.

Inspired by my training and experiences in implementation science and psychology, interactions with changemakers, and the colours and landscapes of Cyprus, the project concentrates on 5 elements to promote positive implementation:

  • A sense of community among people from diverse backgrounds working together to implement evidence-based practices.

  • Empathy and understanding of another person’s feelings, thoughts, experiences, and needs.

  • A sense of shared purpose motivating and guiding teams towards implementation goals.

  • Recognition and celebration of individual and collective successes in implementation.

  • Optimism that individual and collective efforts will lead to good implementation outcomes.

Sharing positive implementation stories to inspire, inform, and empower!
