I am an implementation researcher and a consultant, with expertise in communication disorders and implementation science. My research focuses on using implementation science to understand and promote the uptake of educational and clinical programs for children with communication disorders.

In 2022, after 17 years of studying and working in France, the UK, and the USA, I returned home and decided to create an impact-driven business that brings together my experiences and expertise in communication disorders and implementation science.

At Mosinian Research & Consultancy, I leverage implementation science to advance evidence-based services for children with communication disorders and to help researchers, practitioners, and organizations in Cyprus and abroad transform education and healthcare systems.
